                               ORDINANCE NO. 10615
                 
                 
                 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHATTANOOGA CITY CODE, 
                 PART II, CHAPTER 24, SECTION 24-286(a), 
                 RELATIVE TO PARKING ADJACENT TO A YELLOW CURB.
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Chattanooga City Code, Part 
       II, Chapter 24, Section 24-286(a), be and the same is hereby 
       amended by renumbering subsections (14) and (15) as subsections 
       (15) and (16), respectively, and by adding a new subsection (14) 
       as follows:
            (14)  Adjacent to a yellow curb;
            
            
       	    	 SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance 
       shall take effect two (2) weeks from and after its passage as 
       provided by law.
